 It's official!Classes at Gaffney Fitness Center will begin Monday, June 3rd! Please stop by the front desk to sign-in. Classes are $5 or you may buy a class-pack, all payable to the Center's front desk. The schedule is available for download, but please always check the Gaffney Facebook Page for class cancellations or changes. Hope to see you soon!

We practiced a mini-vinyasa flow and all the yogis did wonderfully, especially as some had just come from a spin class! It was wonderful to see everyone move within their own bodies on their mats, connect breath with movement, as well as taking rests when needed and pushing forward when able.
