Come as you are. That's it.I often hear people use their "lack of flexibility" as a reason to not start practicing yoga. I like to explain that flexibility is a result or outcome of yoga, not a requirement. There are many other reasons I've heard, so I created this "Beginner's Guide to Yoga" to help dispel some of the fears of starting a new practice and give some tips on what may help guide the path.
Share this guide with anyone who is considering yoga, but may have reservations. Many may think yoga has requirements, prerequisites, expectations, and similar barriers to entry. But as a yoga teacher, my only expectation is for one to show up and come as you are.
