Yoga is an incredibly accessible physical and mental practice for all ages and abilities with no experience or uniform needed. A regular asana practice can build confidence, stamina, strength, and overall health, while the breath calms the mind, focuses thought, and eases stress. The outcome of this practice could lead to a better outlook, a healthier lifestyle, even increased longevity.
Participants will practice yoga postures or poses, learn breathing techniques, learn the benefits of yoga, and how to integrate into the daily life. Sessions can be a one-time event, a series of sessions, or on-going availability. Each session will be sequenced to the desired goals, age range, experience levels, and abilities. |
