Yoga is an accessible physical and mental practice for all ages and skill-levels, no experience or uniform needed. Learning about yoga is more than movement with the body. A regular yoga practice can build confidence, stamina, and strength, while calming the mind and easing stress. The outcome of this practice can lead to a better life outlook, overall healthier lifestyle, and even increased longevity.
Participants will practice poses and learn breathing techniques. Each session will be sequenced to the desired goals, age range, experience levels, and location. Book one event, a series of sessions, or on-going availability. |
