Yoga is for every body, no matter how small or big.

School and Workplace Wellness, Unit PT, and Special Events
Yoga is an accessible physical and mental practice for all ages and skill-levels, no experience or uniform needed. Learning about yoga is more than movement with the body. A regular yoga practice can build confidence, stamina, and strength, while calming the mind and easing stress. The outcome of this practice can lead to a better life outlook, overall healthier lifestyle, and even increased longevity.​

Participants will practice poses and learn breathing techniques. Each session will be sequenced to the desired goals, age range, experience levels, and location. Book one event, a series of sessions, or on-going availability.
Attendees can learn how to:
  • Use the breath as a tool for coping with stress and realign their focus.
  • Move safely within their body.
  • Align the body and move major joint systems to increase stability in poses.
  • Use restorative postures to release tension.
  • Apply their yoga learning to everyday situations.
