What to Expect in Class

The only pre-requisites are to keep an open mind, be gentle with yourself, and wear clothes you find comfortable to move in.

We bring our attention inwards and begin to settle the body and mind.

Movements are held longer or flow faster to increase muscle strength.

Focus on building stamina in balance poses and increasing proprioception.

Gaffney Fitness Center offers yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and mat wipes — all included in your class.

Allows for a non-slip surface to practice upon.
