Gaffney Fitness Center $5 or Purchase a class pass A gentle, injury-friendly practice allowing for restoration, and relaxation through a slow flow of supported postures. Reduces stress and inflammation, enhances sleep, and balances the nervous system.

SaturdayVinyasa Flow Time: 8:00am — 9:00am
Gaffney Fitness Center $5 or Purchase a class pass A dynamic, heat-building practice that increases strength, flexibility, and balance. Poses and breath are linked with continual movement. Increases cardio fitness, builds lean muscle mass, and reduces mind-body stress.
