About the TeacherMy name is Ashley and I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and military spouse. I have been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and for the last two years I have offered trauma-informed yoga to the military, civilian, retired, and dependents of Fort George G. Meade army post.
My focus for each class is to hold a safe space that guides and supports healing and strengthening for individual yoga journeys. Join me for a class in an environment that nurtures both your body and mind. |
