September 9, 23, 30 5:00pm — 6:00pm Gaffney Fitness Center An alignment-based flow that increases strength, balance, and flexibility for all levels and abilities. Complements stress and pain management, improves posture, mental wellbeing, and heart health.

Vinyasa FlowFRIDAY
September 6, 20, 27 8:00am — 9:00am Gaffney Fitness Center Increase cardio fitness, build lean muscle mass, and reduce mind-body stress with a dynamic, heat-building practice where poses and breath are linked with continual movement.

Stretch & BreatheFRIDAY
September 6, 20, 27 5:00pm – 6:00pm Gaffney Fitness Center End the week with a gentle, injury-friendly practice allowing for restoration and relaxation with supported postures. Reduces stress and inflammation, enhances sleep, and balances the nervous system.
